Experience Rejuvenation with Loews Atlanta Hotel

I was in dire need of a rejuvenating staycation to realign my goals before the new year, and I had been yearning to stay at a Loews property again since my girl's trip to Miami. I was ecstatic to be their guest in Atlanta for a much needed staycation. The Loews Atlanta Hotel welcomes a diverse group of business and leisure travelers. Business travelers will appreciate their 24-hour business center, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and free wireless high-speed internet access.

Atlanta Events: Happening 01/19 - 01/21

Happy Fri-Yay! The temps are rising and the snow is melting (is that you Spring?). It's the archetypal bipolar winter here in Georgia. It was 27 degrees and snowing this past Tuesday, and I'm sure we'll see plenty of skin on Sunday with a projected high of 60 degrees. We are now 60 days away from the vernal equinox and I CAN. NOT. WAIT!

ASW + Toki + Four Roses ... Oh My!

If you've been sipping the dark stuff for some time like me, you may have your go-to spirit that has served you for years over. I'm so glad that I attended this year because I was able to discover 10 whiskies for this complacent bourbon drinker.

Party For Piedmont Park Goes Viral

We partied to show our love and support for this beautiful park that brings us so many amazing events year after year - e.g. Atlanta Jazz Festival, Music Midtown, Atlanta Pride. The night was topped off by mini makeovers sponsored by Dior Makeup, a spectacular silent auction, juicy cocktails featuring O4W Distillery vodka ...

Beer Guzzlers Unite!

Beer lovers from near and far came to convene in Atlanta for the annual Atlanta Summer Beer Festival that was held in the O4W park on June 17th. Over 200 beers & 30 wines were on display for our drinking pleasure, & no one left unsatisfied.

A Taste of the Highlands

I religiously attend Virginia-Highland Summerfest, but this was my first experience with the 14th Annual A Taste of the Highlands at John Howell Park. The festival included some of my favorite words - ALL YOU CAN EAT. The smoked wings from Sweet Auburn Barbecue were the juiciest with finger-lickin' BBQ sauce that I can't wait to try again.
